Response Time

Membership and event requests are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days. Venue and studio inquiries are usually answered within 24 hours.

No Deposit — Full Liability

We don't take a deposit for venue or studio bookings. In its place, every renter accepts full responsibility for the cost of any damage during their booking. Full details in our Property Damage Disclosure.
