La Sociedad isn't tied to one address. We give verified members and creators access to private venues and content studios to run their own events, shoots, and gatherings — under our standard of discretion and care.

What You Can Rent

Spaces built for hosting and creating.

Every space is available by application, with support from our team on logistics, house rules, and — where relevant — verification of attendees.

Content Studio

Private, professionally lit studio space for creators — photo shoots, video production, and content sessions for platforms like OnlyFans, run on your schedule with full privacy.

Private Event Venue

Take over the full property for your own gathering — three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, a living room lounge, a balcony for smoking, undercover parking, and an outdoor area holding 10–30 guests — with our house rules, security, and discretion standards built in.

Poker & Lounge Rooms

Our dedicated poker table sits in the main living room lounge, available for private games, milestone nights, or member meet-ups, with or without a professional dealer.

Our team checks venue and studio availability in your city, or helps source a space if we're not there yet.

House rules & verification

For social and swing events, all attendees are verified in advance. For studio bookings, we confirm content guidelines and access windows.

Step 4

Host with support

On the day, you get a run-of-show contact, house staff where needed, and full discretion from start to finish.
